IPPT
IPPT tml. hope i dun fail.
my current stats.
situps=44+++
shuttle run= 10s? slow down alot. my sprinting feels really weird nowadays.
SBJ=230++
pullups=10 yeah! 2 digits!
2.4=11+ i think now should be drop to low 10 liao... will see tml.
manchester gave me offer liao. yeah.
